Effective October 28, 2026
ArtPad Inc. (“ArtPad”, “we”, “us”) is a nonprofit organization that provides art therapy programs for seniors, veterans and students. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and email provider), or when required by law.
We photograph sessions and participants’ artwork to share our work with the community. We publish photos of participants only with a signed photo release. For anyone under 18, that release is signed by a parent or legal guardian. To ask us to remove a photo, contact us using the details below and we will take it down promptly.
Our youth programs run in partnership with schools and community organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Information about student participants is collected through our partner schools and parents or guardians, and is used only to run the program.
We limit access to personal information to the staff and volunteers who need it, and we keep paper consent forms stored securely. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates at any time.
We may update this policy as our programs grow. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
